Yum. Simple and delicious. And I love a recipe that requires you to “cram” things in. Seriously. That’s how I cook, too!

Hahaha. Yea I’m bad with the measurements thing.
Word. Def mad good.
Looks delicious and it can’t get any easier than that. Just harvest broccoli and carrots from the garden. Maybe for dinner tonight.
Perfect!
Hi Mike,
Thanks. I am glad I found your blog. I’ve been wanting to prepare and cook meals for myself but most recipes turned me off with all the ingredients and extra gadgets. I found your recipes easy, nutritional and fast to make. So far all I have growing is peppermint 🙂 but I am very much inspired by what you do. Thank you!

I hear that. I def do some stuff with fancier gadgets and ingredients, but mostly keep it simple. Glad you found and we’ve connected. Thank YOU.
